Founded by Jessica, Escape With Horses is a Paso Fino lesson and training barn located in Winter Garden, Florida, built on a foundation of connection, confidence, and thoughtful horsemanship.
With years of experience working with both horses and people, Jessica’s approach goes far beyond simply learning how to ride. Her program blends trust, clear communication, and personal growth—both in and out of the saddle—creating an experience that supports riders as individuals, not just students.
Escape With Horses was born from a simple belief: horses invite us to slow down, become present, and truly listen—to them and to ourselves. Our mission is to offer meaningful, feel-good experiences that nurture confidence, awareness, and genuine connection in a relaxed, welcoming barn environment where every rider feels supported and at home.

Our Services
We offer a variety of experiences designed to connect people with horses in a meaningful and memorable way. From riding lessons focused on gaited riding and horsemanship with Paso Finos for riders ages 10 and up, to engaging team-building experiences that encourage connection and collaboration, there is something for everyone. We also host thoughtfully guided birthday parties, as well as professional photoshoot sessions set in a beautiful barn environment, each experience centered around care, presence, and creating lasting memories.

Service & Experiences
Perfect for first-time riders or anyone new to our program. This session focuses on safety, basic horsemanship, and getting comfortable with the horse.
(Available for riders 10 years of age and older.)
Includes four (4) private 30-minute riding lessons. (Available for riders 10 years of age and older.)
A great option for riders who want consistent instruction and steady progress.
Our photoshoot sessions are designed to create beautiful, authentic moments between you and the horse — whether you’re celebrating a milestone, marking your first ride, or simply wanting timeless memories at the barn. Each one-hour session includes guided posing, natural riding and groundwork moments, and a relaxed, supportive environment so both rider and horse feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Photoshoots are perfect for individual riders, families, friends, or equine partners looking to capture portraits, action shots, and candid interactions with our Paso Fino horses. We can tailor each session to your vision — from elegant portraits to fun, lifestyle-style images around the property.
Custom themes and small group sessions are welcome.

Our parties and special events are a fun, memorable way to experience horses in a safe, welcoming, and hands-on environment. Each event is customized to your group’s age, experience level, and goals — whether you’re celebrating a birthday, hosting a family gathering, planning a school or youth group outing, or organizing a special occasion at the barn.
Events may include a mix of guided horse interactions, basic horsemanship activities, grooming and bonding time, and (when appropriate) short riding experiences with our calm, well-trained Paso Fino horses. Our team is on site throughout the event to guide participants, ensure safety, and create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Helpful Details Before You Visit
Do I need to experience for riding lessons?
No experience is needed! Our passion is to help equine enthusiasts of all experience levels learn to ride and connect with our beautiful horses.
Who can participate in riding lessons?
Riding lessons are offered for individuals ages 10 and up. For the safety and well-being of both our riders and horses, participants must weigh 195 lbs or under. These guidelines allow us to provide a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for everyone involved.
What can I expect for a riding lesson?
Each lesson is approximately 30 mins per session. We ask that you arrive 5-10 mins before your scheduled session so that you are prepared to begin on time. You may have the opportunity to help tack up your horse prior to the lesson.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have a lesson booked, we require a 24-hour cancellation notification via email to jessicaemardgomez@gmail.com or a text or call to (407) 797-7762 . If you are more than 10 mins late for your lesson or group activity, you may be required to forfeit your lesson or activity that day.
